WHO IS OROS MAMPOFU?
Founder & CEO — RWO Academy
Nkokheli “Oros” Mampofu is a professional South African actor with over a decade of experience working across television, film, and theatre. After navigating the industry firsthand — from auditions and rejections to lead roles and long-term contracts — Oros recognised a major gap: aspiring actors lacked clear guidance, structure, and honest insight into how the industry actually works.

RWO Facilitator & Official Trainer She leads customer experience and student support at RWO Academy, ensuring every mentee feels guided, supported, and aligned with the academy’s standards. As an official RWO trainer, she facilitates core training sessions and plays a key role in maintaining structure, accountability, and consistency throughout the mentorship journey.
Sales & Content Facilitator Jacob Mosoto leads sales and client communication at RWO Academy, helping aspiring actors understand the mentorship, clarify their goals, and take confident next steps. He also supports content direction and student experience, ensuring clear guidance, alignment, and smooth engagement from first contact through onboarding.
Executive Director & Head of Finance Bianca Carmichael oversees the financial and administrative operations of RWO Academy, ensuring stability, structure, and smooth internal systems across the organisation. She plays a key executive role in strategic planning, payments, and operational management, supporting the academy’s long-term growth and professional standards.
