The RWO Film Development Program is designed to help emerging actors, writers, directors and filmmakers bridge the gap between learning the craft and understanding how to work within a real production environment.
Through weekly development, practical projects, collaboration and industry guidance, you’ll build your skills, confidence and understanding of how creative departments work together to bring a film to life.

BUILD YOUR CRAFT
Train in your chosen department and complete monthly practical challenges.
JULY - AUG
PRE-PRODUCTION
Script development, auditions, casting, rehearsals and planning.
SEPT - OCT
PRODUCTION
Put your training into practice and create the RWO short film.
NOV - DEC
PREMIERE
Complete the project and finish with a red-carpet screening and awards experience.
